We’re Still Adding Kitchen Remodel Pros in Foley.

A written scope with the layout, cabinets, counters, flooring, appliances, plumbing and electrical, who orders each item, labour, permits, a schedule, and how changes to the plan are priced.

Ask each contractor to price the same layout and the same materials, then compare line by line. A lower total can mean cheaper materials, fewer items, or work left out.

It depends on the state, and sometimes the city. Where a licence is required, ask for the number and check it with the licensing board before work starts. On Pros Around, "Licence verified" means we matched the number to the board's record on the date shown. We do not check insurance.

It depends on the size of the job and on delivery times for cabinets and appliances. Ask for a schedule in writing and for a plan for cooking and washing up while work is under way.

The price depends on the size and difficulty of the job. Some pros publish a starting price on their listing. Ask two or three for a written quote that says what is included, and compare the scope as well as the price.

Only customers who contacted a pro through Pros Around can review them, using a link that works once. Pros can reply but cannot delete a review, and reviews are never sold. An admin hides a review only if it breaks our rules, and the reason is recorded.

By the plan a pro has chosen, then a Featured badge, then review quality. A higher plan can place a pro higher; between pros on the same plan, reviews decide. Anything paid for is labelled.
