We’re Still Adding Mobile Phone Store Pros in Sutton-Alpine.

Ask for the total cost of the phone and plan, including fees and taxes, how long the contract lasts, and what happens if you leave early. Ask whether the phone is locked to one carrier.

Often yes, but it depends on the carrier and the phone. Ask the store whether your phone works with the plan and what you need to bring, such as your account details.

Stores often help transfer a number and data. Ask what they do, back up your data first, and ask how long it takes.

Ask about the return period, the maker's warranty and who handles repairs. Keep your receipt and ask for the terms in writing.

That is your call. Ask which accessories fit your model, and compare what is offered. Ask whether any are bundled in the price.

The price depends on the size and difficulty of the job. Some pros publish a starting price on their listing. Ask two or three for a written quote that says what is included, and compare the scope as well as the price.

Only customers who contacted a pro through Pros Around can review them, using a link that works once. Pros can reply but cannot delete a review, and reviews are never sold. An admin hides a review only if it breaks our rules, and the reason is recorded.

By the plan a pro has chosen, then a Featured badge, then review quality. A higher plan can place a pro higher; between pros on the same plan, reviews decide. Anything paid for is labelled.
