We’re Still Adding Tattoo Studio Pros in Mc David.

Ask to see the artist's portfolio of finished and healed work in the style you want. Ask how deposits work, how the design process runs, and what the studio does if you want changes.

It depends on the state, and sometimes the county or city. Ask which licence or permit the studio and artist hold and check it with the state or local board. On Pros Around, "Licence verified" means we matched the licence number to the board's record on the date shown. We do not check insurance.

Ask how equipment is sterilised, which items are single use, what the artist wears and how the area is prepared. Ask for aftercare instructions in writing. Pros Around cannot give health advice, so for any problem after a tattoo, see a doctor.

Age rules differ by state, and studios may add their own. Ask the studio what ID it requires and whether anyone under 18 is tattooed, and if so with what consent.

Some artists do cover-ups and some do not. Ask to see photos of similar work. Ask for a consultation before you book so they can look at the old piece.

The price depends on the size and difficulty of the job. Some pros publish a starting price on their listing. Ask two or three for a written quote that says what is included, and compare the scope as well as the price.

Only customers who contacted a pro through Pros Around can review them, using a link that works once. Pros can reply but cannot delete a review, and reviews are never sold. An admin hides a review only if it breaks our rules, and the reason is recorded.

By the plan a pro has chosen, then a Featured badge, then review quality. A higher plan can place a pro higher; between pros on the same plan, reviews decide. Anything paid for is labelled.
