We’re Still Adding Self Storage Pros in Cortez.

List what you want to store and ask the facility to help you match it to a unit size. Ask to see a unit of that size. Measure large items like furniture before you decide.

Ask about access hours, security, whether units are climate controlled, the lease length, what happens if you pay late, and what the facility does if you move out early. Get the terms in writing.

Do not assume so. Ask the facility what protection it offers and what it does not cover, and check your own home or renter's policy. Pros Around does not check insurance.

Most facilities ban dangerous, flammable or perishable items, and some ban other things. Ask for the facility's list, and for a rule on living or working in a unit.

Rules differ by state and by the lease you sign. Read the late fee and default terms before you sign, and ask the facility how it contacts you.

The price depends on the size and difficulty of the job. Some pros publish a starting price on their listing. Ask two or three for a written quote that says what is included, and compare the scope as well as the price.

Only customers who contacted a pro through Pros Around can review them, using a link that works once. Pros can reply but cannot delete a review, and reviews are never sold. An admin hides a review only if it breaks our rules, and the reason is recorded.

By the plan a pro has chosen, then a Featured badge, then review quality. A higher plan can place a pro higher; between pros on the same plan, reviews decide. Anything paid for is labelled.
