We’re Still Adding Yacht Rental Pros in Kahuku.

Ask whether it comes with a captain and crew, what is included, such as fuel, food, drinks and equipment, how many guests it holds, and the route and time. Get the terms in writing.

Some charters include a crew and others are rented without one. Ask the business which applies, what experience is needed if you captain it yourself, and what its own rules are. Rules differ by state and by vessel.

Weather decisions usually rest with the captain or the company. Ask what happens to the booking and the deposit if the trip is cut short, moved or cancelled.

That is set by the charter agreement. Ask what insurance the business holds, what your responsibilities are, and whether you need cover of your own. Pros Around does not check insurance.

Rules differ by operator and by vessel. Ask what is allowed, whether alcohol is restricted, and whether the crew or the company can arrange catering.

The price depends on the size and difficulty of the job. Some pros publish a starting price on their listing. Ask two or three for a written quote that says what is included, and compare the scope as well as the price.

Only customers who contacted a pro through Pros Around can review them, using a link that works once. Pros can reply but cannot delete a review, and reviews are never sold. An admin hides a review only if it breaks our rules, and the reason is recorded.

By the plan a pro has chosen, then a Featured badge, then review quality. A higher plan can place a pro higher; between pros on the same plan, reviews decide. Anything paid for is labelled.
