Boat and RV Rental in Hanalei, HI

Ask what is included, such as fuel, cleaning, safety gear, bedding or hookups, and what you must return full or empty. Ask about the deposit, the mileage or hours allowed, and what happens if it breaks down. Get the answers in writing.

It depends on the state, the vehicle or vessel, and the rental business's own rules. Some businesses ask for a driver's licence, a safety briefing or proof of experience. Ask the business what it requires before you book.

That is set by your rental agreement. Ask what the business's insurance covers, what you would owe, and whether your own policy applies. Pros Around does not check insurance, so ask to see the terms.

Not always. Rentals often come with limits on where you can go, who can drive and whether pets or towing are allowed. Read the rental agreement and ask the business about your route or waters.

Cancellation and weather policies differ by business. Ask how a cancellation, a delay or a change of date is handled and whether the deposit is returned, before you pay.

The price depends on the size and difficulty of the job. Some pros publish a starting price on their listing. Ask two or three for a written quote that says what is included, and compare the scope as well as the price.

Only customers who contacted a pro through Pros Around can review them, using a link that works once. Pros can reply but cannot delete a review, and reviews are never sold. An admin hides a review only if it breaks our rules, and the reason is recorded.
