We’re Still Adding Barbecue Restaurant Pros in Poipu.

In common usage, barbecue means meat cooked slowly with smoke at a low heat, while grilling cooks food quickly over direct heat. Styles vary a lot by region, so ask the restaurant what its style is.

Many offer side dishes such as slaw, beans, bread and potatoes. Menus vary, so ask what is on offer, and what a platter includes.

Pros Around does not hold menus or prices. Look at the business's own listing or call them, and ask whether the menu changes by day or season. Prices can differ between dine-in, takeout and delivery, so ask which one you are looking at.

Practice differs from place to place. Ask how meat is sold, how much a plate feeds, and whether sauce is served on the side.

Some do. Ask what the catering covers, how far ahead to order, and whether it is delivered, collected or served on site. Tell them about any allergies, and ask how dishes and rubs are made.

Only customers who contacted a pro through Pros Around can review them, using a link that works once. Pros can reply but cannot delete a review, and reviews are never sold. An admin hides a review only if it breaks our rules, and the reason is recorded.

By the plan a pro has chosen, then a Featured badge, then review quality. A higher plan can place a pro higher; between pros on the same plan, reviews decide. Anything paid for is labelled.
