Carpet Cleaning in Kihei, HI

Common methods include hot water extraction, often called steam cleaning, and dry or low-moisture cleaning. Ask which method the company uses for your carpet and why, and what the carpet maker recommends.

Not always. Results depend on the stain, the fibre and how long it has been there. Ask the company what they can and cannot promise, and tell them what caused the stain before they start.

Ask the company what to do. Usually you clear small items and breakable things from the floor and say which rooms to clean. Ask whether they move large furniture and how they protect it.

Many do, but delicate rugs and some fabrics need different care. Ask if they clean your item, how they test the dye first, and whether it is done at your home or at their shop.

Ask whether the price is by room, by area or by job, what counts as a room, whether stain treatment and protectant are extra, and whether there is a minimum charge.

The price depends on the size and difficulty of the job. Some pros publish a starting price on their listing. Ask two or three for a written quote that says what is included, and compare the scope as well as the price.

Only customers who contacted a pro through Pros Around can review them, using a link that works once. Pros can reply but cannot delete a review, and reviews are never sold. An admin hides a review only if it breaks our rules, and the reason is recorded.
