We’re Still Adding Siding Pros in Godfrey.

The material and brand, the area covered, removing old siding, repairs to what is underneath, flashing and trim, labour, disposal, and the warranty on materials and on the work.

Look for rot, warping, cracks, loose pieces and moisture inside the wall. Ask a siding company to show you the damage in photos and to say whether a repair is enough.

It depends on the state, and sometimes the city. Where a licence is required, ask for the number and check it with the licensing board before work starts. On Pros Around, "Licence verified" means we matched the number to the board's record on the date shown. We do not check insurance.

Yes. Ask two or three companies to quote the same material and area, so you compare the work as well as the price.

The price depends on the size and difficulty of the job. Some pros publish a starting price on their listing. Ask two or three for a written quote that says what is included, and compare the scope as well as the price.

Only customers who contacted a pro through Pros Around can review them, using a link that works once. Pros can reply but cannot delete a review, and reviews are never sold. An admin hides a review only if it breaks our rules, and the reason is recorded.

By the plan a pro has chosen, then a Featured badge, then review quality. A higher plan can place a pro higher; between pros on the same plan, reviews decide. Anything paid for is labelled.
