We’re Still Adding Sewer Repair Pros in Poole.

Common signs are slow drains in several fixtures, gurgling sounds, sewage smells, wet or sunken patches in the yard, and backups in the lowest drain. If sewage is coming into the house, keep people and pets away from it and call a pro. If you smell gas, leave and call the emergency number.

Many use a small camera on a cable to look inside the pipe. Ask whether the price includes the camera inspection, and ask to see the footage or a written report of what it showed and where the problem is.

A repair fixes one section of the pipe. A replacement renews a longer run. Ask the pro why they suggest one over the other, whether the work needs digging, and what the plan is for your yard, driveway or floor afterwards.

It depends on the state and the city, and the rules can differ for work on the private line and on the connection to the public sewer. Ask who applies for any permit. Where a licence is required, check the number with the licensing board. On Pros Around, Licence verified means we matched the number to the board's record on the date shown.

It should name the problem, the section of pipe to be fixed, the method, the materials, who arranges permits and inspections, and how the site will be restored. Ask whether the price changes if the pro finds more damage once the pipe is exposed, and get that in writing.

The price depends on the size and difficulty of the job. Some pros publish a starting price on their listing. Ask two or three for a written quote that says what is included, and compare the scope as well as the price.

Only customers who contacted a pro through Pros Around can review them, using a link that works once. Pros can reply but cannot delete a review, and reviews are never sold. An admin hides a review only if it breaks our rules, and the reason is recorded.

By the plan a pro has chosen, then a Featured badge, then review quality. A higher plan can place a pro higher; between pros on the same plan, reviews decide. Anything paid for is labelled.
