We’re Still Adding Peruvian Restaurant Pros in Benedicta.

Ceviche is raw fish or seafood cured in citrus juice with onion and chili. It is a well-known Peruvian dish, but not everyone wants raw seafood. Ask how the restaurant prepares it and what other dishes are cooked.

Menus often include lomo saltado (a beef stir-fry), roast chicken, rice dishes, potatoes and seafood. Peruvian cooking also blends influences, so ask the restaurant what it serves.

Some dishes use potatoes, corn, quinoa or vegetables, but stocks and sauces may contain meat or fish. Ask how a dish is made before you order.

Seafood is central to many Peruvian menus, and cross-contact in a kitchen is possible. Tell the restaurant about your allergy and ask how the dish is made; Pros Around does not hold menus or ingredients.

Ask the restaurant for its current menu or check its own website. Pros Around does not hold menus or prices, so check with the business.

Only customers who contacted a pro through Pros Around can review them, using a link that works once. Pros can reply but cannot delete a review, and reviews are never sold. An admin hides a review only if it breaks our rules, and the reason is recorded.

By the plan a pro has chosen, then a Featured badge, then review quality. A higher plan can place a pro higher; between pros on the same plan, reviews decide. Anything paid for is labelled.
