Trainers offer different things, such as basic manners, puppy classes or help with a behaviour problem. Tell the trainer what you want to change and ask how they would approach it.

Tell the trainer before booking. Ask if they work with this, how they keep people and animals safe and what they recommend. For a possible medical cause, talk to your vet.
