We’re Still Adding Party and Event Planning Pros in Spring Valley.

A planner helps organise an event, which can include the venue, suppliers, schedule and the day itself. Ask each planner what is included, as the range of tasks differs.

Ask what events they have organised like yours, what the written agreement covers, who the suppliers are, and how you will be kept updated. Ask who is on site on the day.

It depends on the event and the season. Ask the planner about their calendar and when they need a decision from you, then book as early as your plans allow.

Many will. Tell them your total budget early and ask how they set and track costs, who pays suppliers, and how changes are handled. Get the terms in writing.

Ask the planner what the agreement says about deposits, changes and cancellations, and what happens if a supplier lets you down. Read it before you sign.

The price depends on the size and difficulty of the job. Some pros publish a starting price on their listing. Ask two or three for a written quote that says what is included, and compare the scope as well as the price.

Only customers who contacted a pro through Pros Around can review them, using a link that works once. Pros can reply but cannot delete a review, and reviews are never sold. An admin hides a review only if it breaks our rules, and the reason is recorded.

By the plan a pro has chosen, then a Featured badge, then review quality. A higher plan can place a pro higher; between pros on the same plan, reviews decide. Anything paid for is labelled.
