We’re Still Adding Towing Pros in Spring Valley.

If you are in danger or on a busy road, move to safety and call the emergency number first. Once you are safe, call a tow company or your roadside cover. Tell them where you are and the state of the car.

Ask how the price is worked out, such as a hook-up fee or a charge by distance, how long they expect to take, and what forms of payment they accept. Ask for the quote before they hitch the car.

Some policies and memberships include towing, and some do not. Check your policy or call your provider. Pros Around does not hold your cover details.

Usually to a place you choose, such as a repair shop or your home. Tell the operator where you want it taken and confirm it before they leave. Ask where the car will be kept and whether storage is charged.

Not always. Tell the company what you have, such as a large truck, a motorcycle or an all-wheel-drive car, and ask whether they have the right equipment.

The price depends on the size and difficulty of the job. Some pros publish a starting price on their listing. Ask two or three for a written quote that says what is included, and compare the scope as well as the price.

Only customers who contacted a pro through Pros Around can review them, using a link that works once. Pros can reply but cannot delete a review, and reviews are never sold. An admin hides a review only if it breaks our rules, and the reason is recorded.

By the plan a pro has chosen, then a Featured badge, then review quality. A higher plan can place a pro higher; between pros on the same plan, reviews decide. Anything paid for is labelled.
