We’re Still Adding Sushi Restaurant Pros in Lake Tahoe.

Nigiri is a slice of fish or other topping on a small bed of rice. Sashimi is sliced fish without rice. Rolls wrap rice and fillings in seaweed. Many rolls use cooked or vegetable fillings, so you can order without raw fish.

Omakase means leaving the choice of dishes to the chef. Restaurants set their own format, so ask how many courses it includes and whether you need to book ahead.

Many menus include cooked rolls, vegetable rolls and other hot dishes. Ask what is available and whether sauces or broths contain fish.

Sushi bars share knives, boards and soy sauce across dishes. Tell the restaurant about your allergy and ask how the dish is made; Pros Around does not hold menus or ingredients.

Ask the restaurant for its current menu, including lunch sets and any omakase options. Pros Around does not hold menus or prices, so check with the business.

Only customers who contacted a pro through Pros Around can review them, using a link that works once. Pros can reply but cannot delete a review, and reviews are never sold. An admin hides a review only if it breaks our rules, and the reason is recorded.

By the plan a pro has chosen, then a Featured badge, then review quality. A higher plan can place a pro higher; between pros on the same plan, reviews decide. Anything paid for is labelled.
