We’re Still Adding Bathroom Remodel Pros in Mountain City.

A written scope with the layout, fixtures, tile, plumbing and electrical, waterproofing, ventilation, labour, permits, a schedule, and how changes to the plan are priced.

It depends on the state, and sometimes the city. Where a licence is required, ask for the number and check it with the licensing board before work starts. On Pros Around, "Licence verified" means we matched the number to the board's record on the date shown. We do not check insurance.

Water that gets behind tile or into a wall can cause damage that is costly to repair. Ask how the contractor waterproofs the shower and floor, and what warranty covers it.

It depends on the size of the job and on delivery times for fixtures. Ask for a schedule in writing, and plan for another bathroom if the work will take more than a few days.

The price depends on the size and difficulty of the job. Some pros publish a starting price on their listing. Ask two or three for a written quote that says what is included, and compare the scope as well as the price.

Only customers who contacted a pro through Pros Around can review them, using a link that works once. Pros can reply but cannot delete a review, and reviews are never sold. An admin hides a review only if it breaks our rules, and the reason is recorded.

By the plan a pro has chosen, then a Featured badge, then review quality. A higher plan can place a pro higher; between pros on the same plan, reviews decide. Anything paid for is labelled.
