We’re Still Adding Concrete Pros in Paradise Valley.

The size of the slab or area, thickness, finish, what is removed first, how the ground is prepared, labour, any permit, and how long the concrete needs before it can be used.

It sets within days and keeps hardening for weeks. Ask the contractor when you can walk on it, drive on it and put weight on it, and keep to what they tell you.

It depends on the state, and sometimes the city. Where a licence is required, ask for the number and check it with the licensing board before work starts. On Pros Around, "Licence verified" means we matched the number to the board's record on the date shown. We do not check insurance.

The preparation under it, the thickness, the mix, and the weather on the day all matter. Ask how the ground will be prepared, and what the contractor does about cracks.

The price depends on the size and difficulty of the job. Some pros publish a starting price on their listing. Ask two or three for a written quote that says what is included, and compare the scope as well as the price.

Only customers who contacted a pro through Pros Around can review them, using a link that works once. Pros can reply but cannot delete a review, and reviews are never sold. An admin hides a review only if it breaks our rules, and the reason is recorded.

By the plan a pro has chosen, then a Featured badge, then review quality. A higher plan can place a pro higher; between pros on the same plan, reviews decide. Anything paid for is labelled.
