We’re Still Adding Chicken Restaurant Pros in Austin.

Fried chicken is cooked in hot oil, usually with a coating. Roasted chicken is cooked in an oven, often whole. Grilled chicken is cooked over direct heat. Ask the restaurant which styles it serves and how it cooks them.

Many restaurants offer both. Ask how many people a meal feeds, which pieces are included, and what sides come with it.

Pros Around does not hold menus or prices. Look at the business's own listing or call them, and ask whether the menu changes by day or season. Prices can differ between dine-in, takeout and delivery, so ask which one you are looking at.

Some places let you, others sell mixed pieces. Ask when you order.

Coatings and marinades can contain wheat, egg or milk, and the same fryer is often used for several foods. Tell the restaurant about your allergy and ask how the dish is made, including what it is cooked in and with. Pros Around does not hold menus or ingredients, so the kitchen is the only reliable source. Ask again each visit, because recipes can change.

Only customers who contacted a pro through Pros Around can review them, using a link that works once. Pros can reply but cannot delete a review, and reviews are never sold. An admin hides a review only if it breaks our rules, and the reason is recorded.

By the plan a pro has chosen, then a Featured badge, then review quality. A higher plan can place a pro higher; between pros on the same plan, reviews decide. Anything paid for is labelled.
