We’re Still Adding Mail and Shipping Center Pros in Rachel.

Common services include packing, shipping parcels, receiving mail and printing. Each centre decides what it offers, so ask before you visit. Pros Around does not hold hours or service lists.

Many will pack items for you, but the options and limits differ. Ask whether they can pack your item, what they use, and what they cover if it is damaged in transit. Ask about insurance options and read the terms.

Centres work with different carriers. Ask which ones they ship with, what delivery options they offer and how you can track the parcel. Tell them where it is going and how soon you need it.

Some centres offer private mailboxes and some do not. If you want one, ask what identification is needed, how mail is handled, and whether the address works for your purpose. Rules on this can vary, so ask the centre and the office that needs the address.

Yes. Carriers and the law limit what can be sent, such as certain liquids and dangerous goods. Ask the centre before you pack, and tell them honestly what is in the parcel.

The price depends on the size and difficulty of the job. Some pros publish a starting price on their listing. Ask two or three for a written quote that says what is included, and compare the scope as well as the price.

Only customers who contacted a pro through Pros Around can review them, using a link that works once. Pros can reply but cannot delete a review, and reviews are never sold. An admin hides a review only if it breaks our rules, and the reason is recorded.

By the plan a pro has chosen, then a Featured badge, then review quality. A higher plan can place a pro higher; between pros on the same plan, reviews decide. Anything paid for is labelled.
