We’re Still Adding Auto Glass Repair Pros in Smith.

It depends on the size, depth and position of the damage. Ask the shop to look at it and tell you which they suggest and why. A repair is not always possible.

It is worth asking your insurer how glass claims work on your policy, and whether they want you to use a particular shop. Ask the shop what they need from you to bill the claim. Pros Around does not hold your policy details.

Some cars have cameras or sensors fixed to the windshield. Ask the shop whether your car has these and whether they do the set-up afterwards. Ask also about the glass brand and the adhesive.

Some shops send a mobile technician and some work only in their own shop. Ask which applies and what the weather, the parking space and the time needed mean for the job.

A crack can get worse and can block your view. Ask a shop to look at it soon. Local rules on driving with a damaged windshield vary, so ask the shop or check with your state.

The price depends on the size and difficulty of the job. Some pros publish a starting price on their listing. Ask two or three for a written quote that says what is included, and compare the scope as well as the price.

Only customers who contacted a pro through Pros Around can review them, using a link that works once. Pros can reply but cannot delete a review, and reviews are never sold. An admin hides a review only if it breaks our rules, and the reason is recorded.

By the plan a pro has chosen, then a Featured badge, then review quality. A higher plan can place a pro higher; between pros on the same plan, reviews decide. Anything paid for is labelled.
