We’re Still Adding Filipino Restaurant Pros in Hawthorne.

Filipino cooking blends local, Spanish, Chinese and other influences. Dishes often balance sweet, salty and sour flavours, and adobo is one well-known example. Menus vary, so ask the restaurant what to try first.

Many do. Ask the staff how many dishes suit your group and whether rice comes with the meal.

Pros Around does not hold menus or prices. Look at the business's own listing or call them, and ask whether the menu changes by day or season. Prices can differ between dine-in, takeout and delivery, so ask which one you are looking at.

Some restaurants take large orders. Ask how far ahead to order, what a tray feeds, and whether it can be delivered. Pros Around does not take orders for the business.

Soy sauce, shrimp paste, fish sauce and peanuts are common in the cuisine. Tell the restaurant about your allergy and ask how the dish is made, including what it is cooked in and with. Pros Around does not hold menus or ingredients, so the kitchen is the only reliable source. Ask again each visit, because recipes can change.

Only customers who contacted a pro through Pros Around can review them, using a link that works once. Pros can reply but cannot delete a review, and reviews are never sold. An admin hides a review only if it breaks our rules, and the reason is recorded.

By the plan a pro has chosen, then a Featured badge, then review quality. A higher plan can place a pro higher; between pros on the same plan, reviews decide. Anything paid for is labelled.
