We’re Still Adding Mattress Store Pros in Amargosa Valley.

Try the mattress in the store, lying in your usual sleeping position for a while, and tell the salesperson about any back, hip or shoulder discomfort. Pros Around does not give medical advice. For health concerns, ask your doctor.

Foam mattresses are built from layers of foam. Innerspring mattresses use metal coils. Hybrids combine coils with foam or similar layers. Ask the store to explain the layers in each model you try.

Return and exchange rules differ by store and by brand. Ask whether there is a trial period, who pays for pick-up, whether a fee applies and what condition the mattress must be in. Get this in writing.

Warranties differ and often cover defects, not changes in comfort. Ask what counts as a defect, what you must do to keep the warranty valid, such as using a particular base, and how a claim is made.

Some stores offer removal with delivery and others do not. Ask when you order, whether it costs extra, and what you need to do on the day.

The price depends on the size and difficulty of the job. Some pros publish a starting price on their listing. Ask two or three for a written quote that says what is included, and compare the scope as well as the price.

Only customers who contacted a pro through Pros Around can review them, using a link that works once. Pros can reply but cannot delete a review, and reviews are never sold. An admin hides a review only if it breaks our rules, and the reason is recorded.

By the plan a pro has chosen, then a Featured badge, then review quality. A higher plan can place a pro higher; between pros on the same plan, reviews decide. Anything paid for is labelled.
