We’re Still Adding Commercial Cleaning and Janitorial Pros in Round Mountain.

It should list the areas, the tasks, how often each is done, the days and hours, who supplies equipment and supplies, and how either side can end the agreement. Walk the space with the provider so the scope matches what you actually need.

Janitorial usually means routine upkeep such as emptying bins, restrooms, vacuuming and surfaces. Specialist cleaning covers tasks such as floor care, carpets, windows and post-construction work. Ask which are included and which are extra.

If cleaning happens out of hours, you will need to give access. Ask the business how it manages keys and codes, whether staff are screened, and what happens if something goes missing. Get these answers in writing.

Ask how they report on visits, who is your contact, and how you raise a problem. A checklist for each visit and a way to flag missed tasks help. Ask how quickly they respond to a complaint.

Ask for proof of insurance, since we do not check it. Ask how they handle chemicals and safety rules in your building, who trains staff, and whether any licence or permit applies in your state.

The price depends on the size and difficulty of the job. Some pros publish a starting price on their listing. Ask two or three for a written quote that says what is included, and compare the scope as well as the price.

Only customers who contacted a pro through Pros Around can review them, using a link that works once. Pros can reply but cannot delete a review, and reviews are never sold. An admin hides a review only if it breaks our rules, and the reason is recorded.

By the plan a pro has chosen, then a Featured badge, then review quality. A higher plan can place a pro higher; between pros on the same plan, reviews decide. Anything paid for is labelled.
