We’re Still Adding Executive Recruiter Pros in Reno.

An executive recruiter helps companies find senior people, such as directors and managers, often by approaching candidates who are not job-hunting. Ask how they search and how they decide whom to bring to you.

Recruiters use different fee structures, and the terms are in the agreement. Ask how and when you pay, what happens if the person leaves early, and what happens if the search does not result in a hire. Get it in writing.

Describe the role, what success looks like, who the person reports to and what you can offer. Be ready to discuss your company's culture and your timeline. A clear description helps the recruiter find a better match.

You can. Ask what kinds of roles they place, whether they work only for employers, and how they handle your details. Ask them to keep your search private until you say otherwise.

Staffing agencies often supply workers quickly for many kinds of roles. Executive recruiters focus on a small number of senior roles and usually run a more tailored search. Ask each firm how it works so you pick the fit.

The price depends on the size and difficulty of the job. Some pros publish a starting price on their listing. Ask two or three for a written quote that says what is included, and compare the scope as well as the price.

Only customers who contacted a pro through Pros Around can review them, using a link that works once. Pros can reply but cannot delete a review, and reviews are never sold. An admin hides a review only if it breaks our rules, and the reason is recorded.

By the plan a pro has chosen, then a Featured badge, then review quality. A higher plan can place a pro higher; between pros on the same plan, reviews decide. Anything paid for is labelled.
