We’re Still Adding Pressure Washing Pros in Sun Valley.

Concrete driveways and patios are common, and many businesses also wash siding, decks and fences. Some surfaces and older finishes can be damaged by high pressure, so ask how the company adjusts for your material.

Not quite. Pressure washing uses higher water pressure, and soft washing uses lower pressure with a cleaning solution. Ask which method the company recommends for your surface and why.

Ask the company. Usually you move vehicles, furniture and plants, close windows, and show them an outdoor water tap. Tell them about loose paint, cracks or damaged seals.

It can if done wrongly. Ask how the company protects plants and nearby surfaces, and what cleaning solution they use. Ask whether they are responsible for any damage.

The areas to be washed, whether it is priced by area or by job, whether cleaning solution or sealing is included, and whether they bring their own water.

The price depends on the size and difficulty of the job. Some pros publish a starting price on their listing. Ask two or three for a written quote that says what is included, and compare the scope as well as the price.

Only customers who contacted a pro through Pros Around can review them, using a link that works once. Pros can reply but cannot delete a review, and reviews are never sold. An admin hides a review only if it breaks our rules, and the reason is recorded.

By the plan a pro has chosen, then a Featured badge, then review quality. A higher plan can place a pro higher; between pros on the same plan, reviews decide. Anything paid for is labelled.
