We’re Still Adding Snow Removal Pros in Sun Valley.

A seasonal contract usually covers a set period and the provider agrees to clear your property when snow falls. Per visit means you pay each time. Ask what counts as a snowfall that triggers a visit, and what happens in a light or heavy winter.

It should say which areas are cleared, such as the driveway, walkway or lot, when the pro will come, whether salt or ice melt is included, and where the snow will be piled. Ask who is responsible if something is damaged.

Many cities have rules about clearing the sidewalk, and they differ by city. Check with your city or ask the provider whether the sidewalk is part of the job. Do not assume it is included.

Many can, but it may be a separate service. Ask whether salt, sand or another product is included, how they apply it, and whether it can affect nearby plants, pets or surfaces.

Ask how they decide the order of visits, how you reach them during a storm, and what happens if they cannot make it. Ask whether any licence or permit applies in your state, and ask for proof of insurance.

The price depends on the size and difficulty of the job. Some pros publish a starting price on their listing. Ask two or three for a written quote that says what is included, and compare the scope as well as the price.

Only customers who contacted a pro through Pros Around can review them, using a link that works once. Pros can reply but cannot delete a review, and reviews are never sold. An admin hides a review only if it breaks our rules, and the reason is recorded.

By the plan a pro has chosen, then a Featured badge, then review quality. A higher plan can place a pro higher; between pros on the same plan, reviews decide. Anything paid for is labelled.
