We’re Still Adding Indian Restaurant Pros in Ely.

Indian food varies a lot by region. Common items include curries, breads such as naan cooked in a tandoor (a clay oven), rice dishes such as biryani, and lentil dishes. A menu may focus on one region, so ask the restaurant what it specialises in.

Many kitchens will adjust the heat if you ask when you order. Say how spicy you like it, and ask which dishes are usually the mildest. The restaurant decides what it can change.

Ask which dishes have no meat, fish or meat stock, and whether the kitchen uses ghee (clarified butter) or cream. Do not assume a dish is vegetarian from its name alone. Confirm with the restaurant before you order.

Tell the restaurant about your allergy and ask how the dish is made; Pros Around does not hold menus or ingredients. Ask especially about sauces and breads, since the ingredients are not always listed on the menu.

Open the business's own listing for a website or phone number and ask for the current menu. Pros Around does not hold menus or prices, so check with the business. Ask too whether there is a lunch menu or buffet, and what it includes.

Only customers who contacted a pro through Pros Around can review them, using a link that works once. Pros can reply but cannot delete a review, and reviews are never sold. An admin hides a review only if it breaks our rules, and the reason is recorded.

By the plan a pro has chosen, then a Featured badge, then review quality. A higher plan can place a pro higher; between pros on the same plan, reviews decide. Anything paid for is labelled.
