We’re Still Adding Industrial Equipment Repair Pros in Ely.

Give the make, model, serial number, what the machine does, what is wrong and when it started. Mention any error codes, noises or recent changes. This helps the company decide who to send and what parts to bring.

Some work at your site and some take equipment away. Ask which applies to your machine, what it involves, and how they move heavy items safely. Ask what happens to your production in the meantime.

Ask for the diagnosis, the parts needed, the labour, travel charges if any, and the warranty on the repair. Ask what happens if they find another fault once they open the machine, and get it in writing.

It depends on the equipment and the state. Some work, such as on electrical, pressure or lifting equipment, may call for specific training or a licence. Ask the company what applies and ask to see proof.

Ask how the company will isolate power and stored energy, and what they need from your staff. Ask for proof of insurance, since Pros Around does not check it. If there is an immediate danger such as a fire, leave and call the emergency number.

The price depends on the size and difficulty of the job. Some pros publish a starting price on their listing. Ask two or three for a written quote that says what is included, and compare the scope as well as the price.

Only customers who contacted a pro through Pros Around can review them, using a link that works once. Pros can reply but cannot delete a review, and reviews are never sold. An admin hides a review only if it breaks our rules, and the reason is recorded.

By the plan a pro has chosen, then a Featured badge, then review quality. A higher plan can place a pro higher; between pros on the same plan, reviews decide. Anything paid for is labelled.
