Check the posted rates and how they are charged, the opening and closing times, the height limit, and whether you pay on exit or in advance. Read the signs, as rules differ from one lot to the next.

Some lots take reservations and many do not. Ask the operator whether it can hold a space and what happens if you arrive late. Pros Around does not take bookings.

Ask the operator about its security, lighting and staffing. Do not leave valuables in view. Ask what the operator is responsible for, as many lots limit their liability and post it on signs or tickets.

Rules differ by lot. Ask whether overnight or long-term parking is allowed, how it is charged and whether there is a monthly option.

Ask the operator before you park what happens with a lost ticket, and report any damage to staff before you leave the lot. Keep your ticket and take photos.

The price depends on the size and difficulty of the job. Some pros publish a starting price on their listing. Ask two or three for a written quote that says what is included, and compare the scope as well as the price.

Only customers who contacted a pro through Pros Around can review them, using a link that works once. Pros can reply but cannot delete a review, and reviews are never sold. An admin hides a review only if it breaks our rules, and the reason is recorded.
