We’re Still Adding Virtual Receptionist Pros in Greene.

A virtual receptionist answers calls for your business from a remote location. They can greet callers, take messages, pass calls through and sometimes book appointments. Ask what tasks the service covers and what it does not.

Many services answer using your business name. Ask how the receptionist introduces the call, whether you can give a script, and how they handle questions they cannot answer.

Ask when the service is available, what it does in the evening or at weekends, and how urgent calls are handled. Do not assume anything about hours until the provider confirms it in writing.

Providers send messages in different ways, such as by text, email or an app. Ask how fast messages reach you, and how you pass on instructions. Ask how they protect callers' private details.

A virtual receptionist suits businesses that need call answering without a desk employee. An office hire can also greet visitors and do other tasks. Ask providers what they can take on and compare that with your needs.

The price depends on the size and difficulty of the job. Some pros publish a starting price on their listing. Ask two or three for a written quote that says what is included, and compare the scope as well as the price.

Only customers who contacted a pro through Pros Around can review them, using a link that works once. Pros can reply but cannot delete a review, and reviews are never sold. An admin hides a review only if it breaks our rules, and the reason is recorded.

By the plan a pro has chosen, then a Featured badge, then review quality. A higher plan can place a pro higher; between pros on the same plan, reviews decide. Anything paid for is labelled.
