We’re Still Adding Auto Parts Store Pros in Burrillville.

Bring your make, model, year and, if possible, your vehicle identification number (VIN). Ask the store to check the part against your car, and bring the old part if you can.

OEM parts are made by or for the car maker. Aftermarket parts are made by other companies. Ask the store what they stock and what the differences are for your part.

Ask whether you can return a part that does not fit, whether it must be unopened, and what proof of purchase they need. Electrical parts are often treated differently, so ask.

Some offer basic help such as battery testing or loaning tools, but this varies. Ask before you go.

Many can order it in. Ask how long it will take and whether you need to pay first.

The price depends on the size and difficulty of the job. Some pros publish a starting price on their listing. Ask two or three for a written quote that says what is included, and compare the scope as well as the price.

Only customers who contacted a pro through Pros Around can review them, using a link that works once. Pros can reply but cannot delete a review, and reviews are never sold. An admin hides a review only if it breaks our rules, and the reason is recorded.

By the plan a pro has chosen, then a Featured badge, then review quality. A higher plan can place a pro higher; between pros on the same plan, reviews decide. Anything paid for is labelled.
