We’re Still Adding Auto Air Conditioning Pros in North Kingstown.

Say when it started, whether it is warm all the time or only at idle, and whether you hear noises or smell anything. These details help the technician find the fault faster. A warm blow can have several causes, so ask the shop to tell you what they found before they start repairs.

Not always. The air conditioning system is sealed, so if it has low refrigerant there may be a leak. Ask the shop whether they test for leaks and what they found, rather than only refilling the system.

It depends on the shop. Ask whether the check looks at pressure, leaks, the compressor, the belt, the fans and the controls inside the car. Ask what you get in writing.

A smell can come from the vents or from damp parts inside the system. Tell the shop what the smell is like and when you notice it. Ask if they clean the system and what that includes.

Many do, but not all. Ask the shop if they work on your make, model and year before you book, and whether your vehicle has any special equipment.

The price depends on the size and difficulty of the job. Some pros publish a starting price on their listing. Ask two or three for a written quote that says what is included, and compare the scope as well as the price.

Only customers who contacted a pro through Pros Around can review them, using a link that works once. Pros can reply but cannot delete a review, and reviews are never sold. An admin hides a review only if it breaks our rules, and the reason is recorded.

By the plan a pro has chosen, then a Featured badge, then review quality. A higher plan can place a pro higher; between pros on the same plan, reviews decide. Anything paid for is labelled.
