We’re Still Adding Halal Restaurant Pros in Tea.

Halal refers to food prepared according to Islamic dietary rules. What a restaurant means by it can differ, for example in how meat is sourced. Ask the restaurant directly what halal means for its kitchen and whether it is certified.

Do not assume. Ask the restaurant whether its whole menu is halal, or only some dishes. Pros Around does not hold menus or ingredients and does not check halal claims.

Pros Around does not hold menus or prices. Look at the business's own listing or call them, and ask whether the menu changes by day or season. Prices can differ between dine-in, takeout and delivery, so ask which one you are looking at.

Practice differs. Ask the business what it serves and how it keeps things separate.

Being halal does not make a dish free of allergens. Tell the restaurant about your allergy and ask how the dish is made, including what it is cooked in and with. Pros Around does not hold menus or ingredients, so the kitchen is the only reliable source. Ask again each visit, because recipes can change.

Only customers who contacted a pro through Pros Around can review them, using a link that works once. Pros can reply but cannot delete a review, and reviews are never sold. An admin hides a review only if it breaks our rules, and the reason is recorded.

By the plan a pro has chosen, then a Featured badge, then review quality. A higher plan can place a pro higher; between pros on the same plan, reviews decide. Anything paid for is labelled.
