We’re Still Adding Pho Restaurant Pros in Westbrook.

Pho is a Vietnamese noodle soup made with a clear broth, rice noodles, herbs and usually beef or chicken. It is often served with extras such as bean sprouts, lime and chili to add yourself.

Some places offer vegetable or tofu pho, but the broth is often made from meat or fish bones. Ask what the broth is made from before you order.

Many also serve rice plates, vermicelli noodle bowls, spring rolls and other Vietnamese dishes. Ask the restaurant what is on its menu and whether it takes takeout orders.

Fish sauce is common in Vietnamese cooking, and peanuts appear in some dishes and sauces. Tell the restaurant about your allergy and ask how the dish is made; Pros Around does not hold menus or ingredients.

Ask the restaurant for its current menu and the sizes it offers. Pros Around does not hold menus or prices, so check with the business.

Only customers who contacted a pro through Pros Around can review them, using a link that works once. Pros can reply but cannot delete a review, and reviews are never sold. An admin hides a review only if it breaks our rules, and the reason is recorded.

By the plan a pro has chosen, then a Featured badge, then review quality. A higher plan can place a pro higher; between pros on the same plan, reviews decide. Anything paid for is labelled.
