We’re Still Adding Marketing Agency Pros in Elk Mountain.

Agencies plan and run activities that help people find and consider your business. That can include advertising, content, social media, email and search work. Ask which of these the agency handles itself and which it passes to others.

Ask what reports you will receive, how often, and which measures they use. Agree before you start on what success looks like for your business. No agency can promise sales, leads or rankings, so be careful with anyone who does.

Ask this before you sign. You want to know whether ad accounts, social pages and creative work are set up in your name, and what happens to them if you end the contract. Get the answer in writing.

Think about who your customers are, what you sell, what you have tried before and what you want to change. Bring any numbers you have about your business. Be ready to say what you can spend, so the agency can suggest a plan that fits.

Terms vary. Ask how long the agreement runs, how either side can end it, and what notice is needed. Ask about extra charges, such as ad spend paid to the ad platforms, and who pays them.

The price depends on the size and difficulty of the job. Some pros publish a starting price on their listing. Ask two or three for a written quote that says what is included, and compare the scope as well as the price.

Only customers who contacted a pro through Pros Around can review them, using a link that works once. Pros can reply but cannot delete a review, and reviews are never sold. An admin hides a review only if it breaks our rules, and the reason is recorded.

By the plan a pro has chosen, then a Featured badge, then review quality. A higher plan can place a pro higher; between pros on the same plan, reviews decide. Anything paid for is labelled.
