We’re Still Adding Japanese Restaurant Pros in Sundance.

Japanese is a broad label. It can mean sushi, ramen, tempura, teppanyaki (grilled at your table), izakaya (casual small plates and drinks) or a mix. Check the restaurant's menu or ask what it specialises in before you go.

Many Japanese menus include raw fish, but most also have cooked dishes such as tempura, grilled fish, noodles and rice bowls. If you want to avoid raw items, say so when you order. Ask the restaurant if you have a health reason to avoid raw food.

Soy sauce, sesame and shellfish are common in Japanese cooking, so check carefully. Tell the restaurant about your allergy and ask how the dish is made; Pros Around does not hold menus or ingredients.

It depends on the restaurant. Counter seating and tasting menus are often booked in advance, while casual places may take walk-ins. Ask the business how it handles bookings and groups.

Ask the restaurant for its current menu or look on its own website if it has one. Pros Around does not hold menus or prices, so check with the business. If it offers set meals or a chef's choice menu, ask what is included.

Only customers who contacted a pro through Pros Around can review them, using a link that works once. Pros can reply but cannot delete a review, and reviews are never sold. An admin hides a review only if it breaks our rules, and the reason is recorded.

By the plan a pro has chosen, then a Featured badge, then review quality. A higher plan can place a pro higher; between pros on the same plan, reviews decide. Anything paid for is labelled.
