Where we found a business in public records, its page says where the details came from and when we listed it. Before you hire anyone, in Maricopa County, Arizona, do three things. Ask for the licence number in writing and look it up with the licensing office. Ask for proof of insurance, because a licence does not prove it. Get a written estimate with the start and finish dates before you pay a deposit.
